Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): 50% of the service price will be charged. No-Show Appointments: A full charge for the missed service will be applied. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened, and the full service fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee will be charged.
